Returns & refunds

We want you to love every piece from Maple Baby Co. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email us at returns@maplebabyco.ca with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 2 business days with a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size. To request an exchange, email us at returns@maplebabyco.ca with your order number and the size you'd like. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.
Return shipping
For Canadian orders, we provide a prepaid Canada Post return label. The cost of return shipping ($8.99) will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), return shipping is fully covered by us.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@maplebabyco.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
