Canadian shipping rates

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your shipment at canadapost.ca or through the Canada Post app. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the system.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rural addresses and remote regions of Canada may experience longer delivery times. During peak periods (November–December), please allow additional time for delivery. Maple Baby Co is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or weather events.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery. If you do not respond within 14 days, we'll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
International shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. We're working on expanding to the United States and internationally — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
